@harder - yes if you are claiming for partner's skills points, the nominated occupation should be in the same list... so kung SOL si primary applicant, SOL din dapat si secondary applicant..

<u>Partner Skills</u>

You can receive five points if your partner meets requirements at the time you are invited to apply relating to:

-age

-English language ability

-a suitable skills assessment in a nominated occupation on the same Skilled Occupation List used for your application."

kaso hindi parin kami sure kung tama ba pagkakainitindi namin.

kung kailangan ng ielts sa positive assessment, then yung ang kailangan nyang isatisfy

otherwise, atleast 6.0 general test..

hindi po pwede ang cert of english, if you want to claim partner points..

may minimum work exp requirements ang ACS to be able to get a Suitable assessment...

depende sa degree (kung IT related or not) and/or depende kung IT major course or not......

so yes, yun ang dapat nyang isatisfy..

if ACS confirmed my wife's skills as "Suitable" as an ICT Business Analyst, pero na-reach na yun ceiling for that occupation for the year, can i still claim 5 points for partner skills?

anong mga supporting documents ang kailangan i-attach sa visa application for partner skills? (e.g. payslip, ITR, etc)

i think if you are claiming for partner skills, your partner is required to have a skill assessment also. If im not mistaken, dapat din if sol ang occupation mo nasa sol din ang partner mo. or if csol ka csol din occupation nya,

Yes you have to be in the same list.. Of course dapat pasado sya sa assessment..
