currently 482 now, and applied 190 VIC in Q1 2023.
Received ITA in April 2023 and lodged in Jun2023.
Apply ASAP po, why delay? baka magbago ang process at di nyo ma-avail yung current setup.
First step po is EOI, then submit ROI for VIC
Wait for VIC nomination
Once VIC nomination is received, saka lang po mag-lo lodge sa IMMI account
We received Bridging VISA A pagkatapos ng lodging. Magiging available po sya sa immi account.

ah, I thought need ko mag apply ng Bridging Visa A before po ako mag apply sa VIC ng visa 190.

Yes po, I'll do it the soonest po, hinihintay ko lang yung pte exam ng husband ko this week.

At yung SES or Skilled Employment Stement na manggagaling sa AITSL, hinihintay ko pa din po.

Para sa work experience yata po yun.

Then, pag mareceive ko na yung SES, dun na po ako mag apply sa visa 190..

2) Best time is now ,time is gold
3) Worry will not get you invited ,applying and trying lang po , make the most out of it since your onshore
4) Skills Assessment is positive then you can claim points for education , SES is optional in case of VIC you can still provide that later on for work experience
5) Your occupation is in priority so expect invites are favorable ,but again ask more questions sa isang thread dito , Filipino Teachers in Australia?

Then, mag apply na po ako ng ROI.
Pero, need po ba yung SES para sa work experience na points?
Yan po ang hinihintay ko na i-release ng aitsl sakin..nagsubmit ako agad ng SES application pagkareceive ko ng positive skills assessment nung December..
Which is better to apply po, 190 o 189?
if you will claim points from hubby , i think will not able to get any because of the age , double check nio na lang din po

Background: Worked for the company for 3 years, but since ACS deducted 2 years of experience,

Created a separate entry for those 2 years and answered 'No' sa questions if I am claiming points and is it relevant to the current occupation.

Then added a separate entry dun sa 1 year experience na deemed skilled ng ACS, and answered 'Yes' sa questions if I am claiming points and is it relevant to the current occupation.

The document only supports working for a company not based in a DRA, but it doesn't necessarily say whether you can transfer out from your sponsor State. It's an entirely separate discussion.

THank you po. Some say na it just a moral obligation lng daw po but not law obligated. Hopefully meron pong makapag-bigay ng official document that moving to a different state will not penalize you for your PR applicaiton.

May nakagawa naman na yan at may anecdotal evidence at na PR naman, but that document i think will be counter -productive to every state who is issuing the nomination , but again , if you move- that is on your own accord when the options are exhausted, just get a clearance from the state dahil state obligation sya, in doing that they may release you.
