Hello guys

Paano ko po kung wrong spell yung last letter ng surname ko in my payslip at hindi na na sila pedeng mag provide or icorrect ang name ko sa payslip. Ano po bang kailangan kong iprepare para mapatunayan na yung name na nasa payslip ay ako? Thanks.

Hello. Bago po ako sa group na to. Nag umpisa po akong mag apply ng trabaho online at naisipan ko din na mag join sa group na to knowing na makakatulong ito sa akin.

@chrisangel architectural technician is on the short term occupation list. Having a job offer gives you an advantage if you are applying for GSM visa route. Try to avoid work sponsorship if you can as this isn't a guaranteed pathway to PR. I would always advice my clients to still opt for GSM no matter what.

@batman What I will do to my payslip? Shall I request an affidavit explaining the reason why my name in my payslip was mispelled? or I will just show the bank statement with the same amount on the payslip? Thank you sir.

@Graff if only one letter difference I don't think its a big issue. in my opinion.

hi @RheaMARN1171933 good day po. I saw from your post in the forum that it is better to wait for the CO to ask for police clearance.

In my case po kasi I have staggered overseas assignment in Japan.

Year 2008 - 6months

Year 2010 – 11months and 2 weeks

Query 1 - am I required to submit a Japan police clearance? Kaso what I read was you have to be in a foreign country for 12mos. Not so sure lang ako pag considered ba kahit staggered? Or considered po ba na a must ung year 2010 stay ko sa Japan kasi 2 weeks nalang mag one year na ako dun?

Query 2 - better po ba to wait nalang if CO requires me to submit? Kaso po nabasa ko kasi it will take 2 months to get a Japan police clearance here in the Philippines so baka po magahol ako sa oras if I will wait CO to request this.

Kindly assist to enlighten me. Thank you po in advance!

@michtery_aus it has to be living more than 12 months. I don't think yours would be under this classification. Why don't you provide a cover letter when you submit your application explaining your case and to advice you if they require such clearance. They will let you know naman e. Usually they'll give you 25 days to provide documents. If you can't meet the deadline just submit another cover letter explaining why you're not able to meet the deadline. They will wait namin since it's beyond your control. The important thing is you expressed your intention to follow the requirements.

Cnu po dito may Sample ng Statuttory Dec po? Also pde po b magpasa n sa CPAA kahit d pa superior score abd retake nlng ulit after mkasubmit ng EOI. As far as I know po kasi allowed nmn po un db?

@michtery_aus no worries, to be honest, you won't need to submit any police clearance pero write the cover letter na rin para safe. All the best.
