has the agent assisted you in any way? kung hindi pa, i think you can demand for a refund.if for example naassist k nmn na nila and kung walang ngyayari because of the change in regulation or unavailability ng state, then i dont think you can blame the agent and definitely they will not refund the fees paid lalo kung stipulated sia sa agreement na "no refund". u can try a different approach, "ang makiusap na irefund ka.

helped me with the stat declaration (defacto relationship), I think she also gave her statement as a witness of our continuing relationship (me and my partner)

I used an agent kasi sayang naman ang napakalaking application fee tapos mag fail lang. Just try to contact her, email communications are free din naman: migration@grapevine.net.au

Agree ako dito. Super nice ni Ms. Gigi and sobrang reasonable ng service fee nya compared sa ibang agents.. Lodging stage palang ngaun ako but the previous support like EA assessment sobrang dami nyang naitulong.

Anyway, have you guys tried to re-arrange payments with your agent? Like if they initially tell you that payment would be on 4 installments, pero irequest natin to make it 6 installments?

@IslanderndCity Maigi ata contact mo sya reagrding fees. 4 installments un sa kanya. Parang 20% during assessment ng EA/ECS/ or others; 30% during ldging for EOI, 30% for Visa Lodgement; then 20% after Visa grant.
