POEA-OEC requirement for 457 Visa - Pinoy Australia Information Forum

Anybody can help we what are the requirements in securing OEC for name hire in Australia.

Pakisabi mo sa employer mo pa notarise o notarize ang contract mo dito sa oz then pa courier Sayo. Punta ka muna sa Poea hingi ka ng papel na papa pirmahan sa employer mo. Iscan mo then email mo sa employer mo then ibalik sayo kahit scan Lang din. pagnakumpleto mo Ito Punta ka ng maaga sa poea Para para makuha mo agad oec at ng pedos. Goodluck

Punta ka ng POEA dalhin mo copy ng contract (hindi na kelangan ipa notarize kung skilled naman ang job) at passport at pictures. I-rereview nila contents ng contract tapos may ibibigay sila compliance form na scan mo at send mo sa employer. Pag na sign ng employer mo ang compliance form, email niya balik sayo tapos bigay mo sa poea, tapos pa schedule ka ng PDOS, tapos mo PDOS bayad ka sa POEA tapos release na nila yung OEC

thanks apc pag professional ang job description sa visa kailangan pa bang pa notarize?

Gawin mo na advise nmin punta kana agad sa POEA para humingi ng form para papirmahan sa employer mo. Tanungin mo din sila kung di na kailangan ng notarize ang contract mo. Kung sinabi nila na kailangan gawin mo agad inform mo employer mo baka abutin kasi ng two weeks bago mo mareceive syempre busy din employer mo at 5 working days ang mail courier. goodluck.

Civil Engineer mr ko, hindi na pinanotarize contract nya. once na binigay mo na mga requirements sa POEA dun ka pa lang bibigyan ng Compliance Form na papipirmahan sa employer mo. Pwede na thru email un, scan and send to your employer then advice them to send it back soon as possible pra 1 day ka lang sa POEA. If irequire ka magPDOS, at ok lng nmn sayo na bumalik sa ibang araw pra sa seminar na un. Pro kung nagmamadali ka na, tanungin mo na lang if pwede ka magexam pra makakuha ka ng OEC. Ganon ginawa ng mr ko, nagexam sya then same day may OEC na.

hello po, mg ask ko lang sana..457 dependent visa po ako, temporary resident and category ko, need ko pa po ba kumuha ng OEC from poea kung mg work po ako dyan sa Au? thanks!

@yaz10 No need na po. Plan mo ba ideclare sa immigration na magwork ka dito?

allowed naman sya mag work pero di na kailangan i daclare pa sa POEA kapag dependent. kasi nag apply na ang mister nya ng OEC.

I just joined the site and already andami ko ng tidbits of info nakukuha. There is one thing I need to ask po talaga. Sa 457 na tulad ko, kailangan pala ng OEC? Is this after I get the visa? Hinihintay ko pa lang din ang visa ko na lumabas. I'm expecting it in the next couple of weeks.

So, I need my contract and visa to get OEC, tama po ba?

Correct! ipapa authenticate pa yun sa notary public doon sa oz ang contract mo. Then ipa courier sayo yun ang iisa-submit mo sa POEA. May ibibigay sayo ang POEA na papel papirmahan mo yun sa employer mo. ipa scan mo na lang yun at i send sa employer mo, then i send na lang din sayo by email. Pagnakumpleto mo na ang requirements mabibigyan ka na ng OEC. Di mo na kailangan magpa medical dun sa POEA. Maghanda ka ng pangbayad sa fees I dont know kung magkano na.

I see. 457 din po pala kayo! There I thought if I had my visa, I was good to go. ^_^

Hello ano ba ibig sabihin ng stamped verified ng POEA sa Phil Consul sa australia? Di ba pwede ipanotarize nalang duon like sa lawyer ng employer ko?

Parehas lang yun notarize sa lawyer. May mga consul office in every state puede ka mag tanung kung paano nila mapapa-notarize yun at kung pupuede sa mga local na lawyer na lang ipa notarize.
