    kailangan mo humingi ng letter sa immigration case officer mo. Kailangan mo kumuha ng police clearance for all the countries youve lived in in the past 10years ata. Kumuha kasi ako sa pinas at sa singapore. Yung sa singapore, kuha ka sa police station sa cantonement road malapit sa outram park, pero kailangan meron ka na nung letter from the case officer. nagbago kasi ng policy yung SG gov't around 2 years ago.

    Yeap for police clearance hindi po pedeng sa neighborhood police lang, they will still refer you na pumunta sa main police station sa may cantonment road with request letter kung para saang country gagamitin yung police clearance :)

    hi, you have to wait for the letter from your CO requesting SPF to issue you a police clearance. So hintay hintay na lang muna. It has been discussed here in the forum before, paki-search na lang. :)

    1. Magpapadala yung DIAC ng request letter para sa sg police clearance.
    (sa agent namin pinadala yung request letter then finorward sa amin nung agent)
    2. pag meron ka na nung request letter apply ka ng appeal sa SG police para sa Cert of Clearance (COC).
    (mga 1 week duration nito bago lumabas yung result ng appeal pag positive yung appeal dun ka pa lang mag apply ng COC.
    Basta may letter from DIAC usually positive naman ang result ng appeal since may kasunduan na yung SG and OZ dto.)
    3. pag positive yung appeal, apply na ng COC sa SG police (2 weeks yung inabot samin bago nila npdl sa DIAC yung COC). Yung SG police na din ang magpapadala sa DIAC thru registered mail.

    @hotshot - yup weekdays lang po. and sa umaga lang po 9 AM to 12 PM. sarado na po yung kuhanan ng COC ng hapon. punta na po kau dun ng maaga before 9 para kau ang mauna sa queue po. sandli lang naman po yung process as long na una kayo sa queue. yung appeal mga 10 to 15 minutes lang yun. yung application naman ng COC mga maximum 30 minutes lang po.

    kaka-apply ko lang kanina ng COC. walang katao-tao kaya diretso na ako agad at wala nang queue number. Pinakita ko lang yung letter from DIAC (na inemail ng CO) then no need na raw for appeal. After ng pirmahan at bayad kinunan na ako ng fingerprints and follow-up ko after 2 weeks. Dun pa lang nila ibigay yung tracking number para sa SingPost.

    pupunta po kayo sa Singapore Police Force (outram park mrt station) sa 2nd floor. kelangan po yung letter from DIAC, COC application form, 2 x passport photos, passport, employment pass/NRIC. kung wala po sa current passport nyo yung tatak nung first entry nyo dito sa SG (dahil nag-expire na yung dati nyong passport), kelangan nyo dalhin yung lumang passport nyo para makita nila yung stamp. :)

    at least alam ko na mga dadalhin.. so wait ko nlang ang letter from our agent.
    nga pala ano ba basihan ng entry natin sa AU yung NBI ba natin? kse ung pinasa nmen NBI is valid lang until Dec 27 2012 eh..

    sa pagkakaalam ko hindi na po kelangan ng police clearance ng baby nyo. nakalagay kasi dun sa inemail ng DIAC na "for each applicant aged 16 years and over" lang sya.

    sa initial entry date, hindi po ako sure e. pero based sa mga nabasa ko dito sa pinoyau, parang sinusunod yung earliest na expiry sa mga pinasa nyong police clearance or medical. pero hindi po ako sure kung ganun for all cases.

    ung june 5 pa pinadala sa Australia yung COC ko pero hanggang ngayon "required" pa rin status ng COC ko. Nagupload na rin ako ng NBI kahapon, "required" pa rin nakalagay.

    Medyo matagal sumagot yung SPF sa contact numbers na binigay nila hehe. Nakailang attempts din ako bago may a contact.
