I don't recall your occupation to be in the SOL, therefore, to get to Australia you need to look for an employer to sponsor you. Your best bet would be the company employing you right now. It's very possible especially if the company is a multi national firm :)
diwata said:@jella - i think you are qualified under the below visa kasi UP is one of the recognized university unless you are above 31 years of age. another factor pala is ano ba ang job mo?
Temporary visas
Skilled – Recognised Graduate (subclass 476)
This visa is valid for 18 months and is for graduates from a ‘recognised university’. You will
need to check the department’s website for the current list of universities
www.immi.gov.au/skilled/
The visa is not points tested. To apply, you must:
• be under 31 years of age when your application is lodged; and
• have completed a qualification at a listed university, in a field in demand in Australia.
If you are granted a Recognised Graduate visa you can apply for a permanent General
Skilled Migration visa at any time during the 18 months while holding this visa.

hi kahit may sponsor kung wala sa listahan ng SOL therefore di rin makaka migrate sa australia.
i advise her to search for schololarship sa australia. o kaya naman ask her employer na she is interested to move in australia kung may opening na position dun sa company branch nila sa australia. the best is mag inquire agad sa MARA.
cheers,
