Hello I'm posting for my school mate na babalik sa Pinas. He has some ventures to pursue back home and plans to leave by early March soon.

With that, he is checking if someone wants to continue the contract of his rented apartment.

Around 10km from the city, 1 train ride around 15-30 mins.

$300 a week. 1 bedroom with balcony. 2 heater, 1 aircon, over, electric stove, dishwasher, heater, shower, bathtub. Dryer included sa apartment.

3 storey apartment complex, unit is on the 2nd floor.
