Hi guys, andami na sa atin ang nagllodge ng visa applications kaya dito natin ipost yung timeline natin...mapa IELTS, Skills Assessment, Medical or naghihintay na lang ng Case Officer...basta post niyo lang kung nasaan na kayo.

Paki-indicate na rin po yung occupation at visa type na aapplyan....

06.27.2011 - Received aknowledgement of application
06.26.2011 - Lodging of application
05.15.2011 - Skills assessment decision (Passed)
02.09.2011 - Husband's skills assessment application (ACS)
09.13.2010 - Received our IELTS result (Husband scored above 7 in all skills kaya he became the primary applicant.)
08.21.2010 - Husband and I took our IELTS examination

I just completed lodging my application (online). I have indicated my timeline below:

Nominated Occupation : Analyst Programmer (261311)

06/20/2011 - ACS Received the Application (via Courier)
08/03/2011 - ACS Finalized the Case (261311, PIM3, Group A)
09/03/2011 - IELTS General Examination (BC)
09/14/2011 - IELTS Result Received L- 7.5, R-7.5, W-7.0, S-8.0
10/27/2011 - Lodged Visa Application (Online)

@JClem, oo nga eh. haha! di bale madami din mag lolodge this month ( @mimaahk at @katin924).. I'm sure madami pa maglolodge before this yearend. BTW, thanks for the link. solid ka talaga sa monitoring ng processing updates. hahahahaha!

Guys! I had posted my husband's timeline right now, what i've got was the URL address, how can i post the details and how will it appear here, though its seems you will see from his timeline record that we are just starting to acquire needed documents. We have been aspiring since 2009 starting from reading all the needed details fr. DIAC, ACS, IELTS and more, also we joined some forums like this to help us get to Oz in the future. hi everyone, my husband will take his ielts exam on the 7th of Jan. I wld like to know kng pwede na bang magpa skill assesstment while waiting for the ielts result. College grad. din aq from PUP and un hubby ko ang primary applicant, need ko pa din bang magtake ng ielts kc my nagsasabing oo & my nagsasabing my diploma nman aq kya hindi na kailangan. Thanks in advance sa mga magrereply.................

it's better to start gathering all your documents now. Depende kasi sa nominated occupation ng hubby mo, kapag engineer or accountant, etc. kailangan na ng assessing authority outright ang IELTS. For ACS, vetasses and TRA, etc.. - hindi required ang IELTS.

Kung may diploma ka, di na kailangan ang IELTS for secondary applicant. Ask your school to provide you certificate of graduation and the medium of instruction was conducted in English.

thanks sa reply. ECE graduate husband ko, 12 wks. din ba ang skill assessment? Re: don sa Certificate of graduation bago kc pmunta ng middle east husband ko nagrequest kmi ng copy ng diploma & TR sa school then un school na ang nagdala sa Commission on Higher Education & DFA pra ipa authenticate kya nka stamp & sealed pa un, pwede pa ba un khit 2003 pa? I heard dpat yta nka notaryo lahat ng docs, is it true?

@tootzkie, talaga lang ha! pwede na rin pala ipa photocopy ko na lang at ipa certified from the original yung SO at certificate of graduation from our school issued nun 1991 pa tapos hingi na lang me ng certification regarding medium of instruction was conducted in english-pwede na hindi kumuha ng IELTS for secondary applicant? :)

Yun din ginawa namin ng wife ko, kumuha lang sya Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction sa university niya. I don't think kailangan pa yun diploma niya ipasa sa DIAC unless applying for partner skills points.

thanks @tootzkie & @ heyits7me_mags, 2003 huling punta nmin sa PUP nagrequest kmi ng copy ng diploma & TOR pra sa husband ko my binayaran kmi, my ibang option ba kc medyo wla aq mautusan pra magrequest ng Cert. of Graduation sa dating school nmin pero dala-dala ko d2 sa middle east lahat ng original copy ng diploma ko Elem., HS & College, pwede kya? E un mga nka-red ribbon galing DFA na mga docs. nmin pwede pa kyang mgamit khit 2003 pa nmin npa-authenticate sa DFA?

@harlan, wala naman cgurong expiry ang red ribbon, eh yun na ang requirement medyo luma na nga lang same din yan sa birth certificate ko kinuha ko pa nun 2000, mag request ba ulet ng birth certificate dahil lang 2000 yung meron ako? parang namang wala sa katwiran yan....

hindi na kailangan ang red ribbon sa Australia. Pang middle east lang ang red ribbon.

ako nga year 2000 pa ang TOR ko gutay gutay na tapos ang Diploma ko laminated nakasabit sa wall ng bahay namin. Nang magpa certify true copy ako sa suki kong Notary Public sinabi ko na lang na di ko dala ang TOR ko kasi gutay gutay na at nakadisplay ang Diploma ko sa wall, ayun ni-notarize nya kahit walang original hehehe.

About sa visa lodging, ganun din ini-scan kong gutay-gutay ang ang original TOR hahaha. OKay lang kasi may english translation naman ang TOR ko at dated.

@harlan, mas okay ang red ribbon. Maraming nag certify nyan, from school to ched to lawyer to dfa, san ka pa hehehe.

Hindi na yung nandito na lang naka file sa bahay pinadala ng husband ko sa ACS year 2000 pa yun nakuha sa NSO, kung meron kana dyan sayo okey na yun i-pass sa ACS. Sundan mo na lang yung document requirements ng ACS kasi May 2011 pa yun result ng husband ko baka may konting changes na.

Praning na yata kayo sa requirements, he he he....sa ACS ba yan? ang ipinadala namin naka notaryo lang hindi na red ribbon yung sa ACS pero ewan ko yung sa DIAC, inaasikaso ko na ulet para i-ready.

@tootzkie, nagpadala kaba ng elementary at high school records sa DIAC nun nag apply ka? yan yung PM ko sayo...kelangan paba yan?

Sa ACS, hindi nyo ipapadala original.. kasi hindi nila ibabalik. Certified true copies ipapadala.
Yes un red ribbon, sa middle east lang yan. Wala anywhere sa guidelines ng pagprocess ng OZ visa na kailangan naka-red ribbon. Although hindi naman masama kung yun ang gusto nyo. Sa DIAC scanned lang if online application, original dapat ang i-scan mo.. or cert. true copies din.
