Would suite a student, a couple or a young professional.

Currently unfurnished, but I will have it furnished soon.

Located in the Hills area and walking distance to Samantha Riley T Way, with direct transportation to Parramatta and the city CBD.

Rent includes $160 per week for a single and $200 for a couple and is inclusive of:

• Electricity

• Water

• Unlimited internet

• Use of appliances (tv, kitchen, fridge etc)

You will have a lot of privacy and enjoy the majority use of your own bathroom (we use a separate bathroom)

Room for rent in Montgomery Street Kogarah, near kogarah train station, 2 minutes walk. Near to Aldi, Woolworths, shops and bank and bus stations. Rent is $ 175 per week plus electricity. Me and my friend will be going there in Sydney this coming Oct 30 to Nov4, just for a vacation. Dito kami Singapore ng work. Short term rental lng sana if you dont mind. Let me know if available pa kayu or may ma e refer kayu. Mas mahal kasi kahit hostel at least maka save kami. Let me know.
